In the history of chinese martial and health exercises, notable persons are often presented as 'heros'
with exceptional physical attributes and skills. The overwellming majority of 'students' are rather gulliable or naive
to accept these 'stories' without questioning either their validiy, the need for them, or that the story hero may have had
'unusual' physical or mental skills due to medical problems.
