 Where....

a =alpha=fine-structure constant

R =rydberg=rydberg constant at infinity

p=pi =3.1415.... transidental constant spatial curvature

c =velocity of light,  photon-packet

 

Then...there exists a unique numerical balancing factor, such that...

 [S ] [T ] = 1,

[S ]^3 / [T ]^2 = 1,

[S ]^3 x [T ]^2 = 1

 

and such that:

[S ]^0 x [T ]^0 = universal constant
